Cancellation Policy ( Flight ) -
- Every booking made on Tsbizz Travel is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to Flight and Booking Class.
- Tsbizz Travel cancellation charges: In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Tsbizz Travel will charge INR 300 per passenger per sector for each cancellation.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific by airline's policy.
- Some bookings cannot be canceled partially as per the specific airline's policy.
- Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by VisitingMy account Section on the website.
- Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through email (reservations@tsbizz.com).
- To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, Tsbizz Travel recommends customers to contact the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.
- In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After Flight departure & in case of No Show, we don't entertain any cancellation request.
- In case of No-show the refund amount entirely depends upon the airlines. Tsbizz Travel has nothing to do with the refund amount. Tsbizz Travel will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airlines in case of No-Show.
Cancellation Policy- ( Holidays Package ) -
- You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
- For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
Refund Policy -
- It is mandatory to contact Tsbizz Travel for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at tsbizz.com .
- All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Tsbizz Travel by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
- Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
- Convenience fees paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and the same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests, even when a ticket is directly canceled with the Airline.
- The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made.
- On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
- In case, where the user has canceled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Tsbizz Travel with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Tsbizz Travel within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
- Any Amount Paid towards Meal / Seat / Extra Baggage amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the Flight t is canceled by the airlines).
- In Case if the Airline Changes its policy after your booking is made, the new policy will be applicable on all such previous bookings.
- Tsbizz Travel will be able to initiate a customer's refund only after receipt of refund from the airline.
- Tsbizz Travel will process refunds within 5-7 working days only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers.
- Tsbizz Travel shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent.
Reschedule Policy -
- Every booking made on Tsbizz Travel is subject to Reissue charges levied by the airline, which may vary by Flight and Booking class.
- If you Reissue your booking, you will also be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable reissue penalty when the reissue is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, the difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
- In addition to the airline's reschedule charges, Tsbizz Travel charges a reschedule handling fee of INR 300 per passenger per sector.
- Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended / rescheduled.
- Bookings made through us, can also be rescheduled by calling up the respective Airline Call Center directly.
